The Viral Book Project

Many Christians today are frustrated with their Church experience. The Christianity they’ve experienced thus far is neither the fire they  have read about in such Scriptures as Isaiah 64:1-2, or in times of historic – even viral – revival and spiritual awakening. I Understand. I wrote my first book on revival (“When The Fire Fell: The Great Welsh Revival of 1904 and Its Meaning For Revival Today”) over 15 years ago, and I have been a changed person ever since. Perhaps like me, you find yourself spiritually frustrated and longing for a genuinely contagious faith. Or,  to change metaphors, you long for the fire of God’s Presence in your life and in the life of the Church. You are one of a select band that  A.W. Tozer  described as “the children of the burning heart”. You refuse to be satisfied with the status quo. I’ve got good news. God agrees with you! He isn’t satisfied with the Church as it is, either. You see, I believe your longings for genuine spiritual awakening touch the very heart of God for His Church. I am convinced that the issue isn’t whether or not God wants a viral Church, a Church with it’s “hair on fire” for Him. He does. The question becomes how we get there. I believe God has a plan. I believe God intends to return the fire of His Presence and Holiness to His Church. God wants to set the heart of His Church on fire, and the impact of that fire will be more viral than anything you and I can possibly imagine.

The Viral Book Project

I believe God wants you and your Church to be a part of His plan for spiritual awakening.  In the Spring of 2007 God gave our fellowship one of the most profound words I have ever received in 40 years of being a believer. He declared that He intends to return the fire of His Presence to His Church by restoring holiness and the fear of God, genuine repentance over sin and greater intimacy with Himself. I have written and spoken numerous times since then about what I believe this means. I have summarized that message in a new book, “The Inextinguishable Blaze: God’s Call To Holiness, Repentance, Intimacy and Spiritual Awakening” (you can click here to preview and “Look Inside” on Amazon).  I believe that the message of this book expresses the heart of God  in our day, both for your life personally and for the life of His larger Church. Because I  believe in and am committed to this message, I want to maximize its spread and impact. My prayer is for this book to “go viral” and that’s where you come in.

A Viral Radio Project.  But wait, there’s more! We are in talks with radio networks which can air a 15-minute program on 8 stations for as little as $100 per week, reaching hundreds of people. Again, the focus of the program would be to talk about the message of the book and offer listeners a FREE copy.
